Join me and David for an evening of Breathwork and Sound, to heal your body and soul on a cellular level Breathwork and sound bring a deep relaxation to the body and mind as well as creating new neural pathways and getting back into alignment with your core values and truths. A blissful evening of sounds from around the world, breath practices to bring to a state of peace and gratitude and deep relaxation David is a soul musician with a passion for connection through music, he is also music tutor and a relationship councilor and has ability to guide and hold space as well as experience with years of music training Mary is a trauma informed breath facilitator and has a passion for breath and music, you will be guided into a gentle meditation and breathwork to quiet your monkey mind and bring you to a state of bliss as you drop into the music. together they will play and create magic. We have highly underestimated the power of our breath, science studies have now proven that the breath is connected to the state of our nervous system. and we can control it. We can change it within minutes, restore our health at a cellular level and heal deep brain patterning with the power of breath work.
