Come and join me for a few hours learning the power of your breath in the most beautiful setting in the hills of Kati Kati, practice in depth breath work that has been around for centuries, breath theory, an intention to calm every cell in your body, breath practices to bring to a state of peace and gratitude and deep relaxation. Ice bath wont be available for this session (the river down the road could be an option too bring your togs if you feel called) Snacks provided Mary is a trauma informed breath facilitator and has a passion for breath and music, you will be guided into a gentle meditation and breathwork to quiet your monkey mind and bring you to a state of bliss as you drop into the music. We have highly underestimated the power of our breath, science studies have now proven that the breath is connected to the state of our nervous system. and we can control it. We can change it within minutes, restore our health at a cellular level and heal deep brain patterning with the power of breath work.
