🌸 SURRENDER — A Sacred Afternoon of Breath, Sound & Lotus Tea 🌿 On July 12th, from 2–6 PM at Studio Exhale, you are invited into a gently expanded state of presence—where the body softens, the mind unwinds, and the soul is held. Through the sacred synergy of: 🌬️ Conscious breathwork 🎶 Sound healing with bowls, gong & frequency 🍵 A microdose of sacred lotus tea infused with mushrooms 🥣 Nourishing snacks & grounding soup You’ll be guided into a space of deep surrender—a chance to release control, meet yourself gently, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom. This experience is held in ceremony with reverence, safety, and intention by Mary Estelle and a skilled team. Whether you’re new to microdosing or experienced in altered states, you’ll be lovingly supported to go inward—softly and safely. Limited spaces available.
