Mother’s Day Evening A space to soften, receive, and come back to yourself This is your permission to stop giving for a moment. To put everything down. To be held instead of being the one holding it all. Join me for a deeply nourishing 3 hour experience designed to gently guide your body out of stress and back into calm, connection, and presence. We’ll begin with soft, guided breathwork to regulate your nervous system and bring you back into your body. From there, you’ll be immersed in a soothing sound journey, allowing your mind to quiet and your body to fully let go. Together, we’ll create a beautiful petal mandala, a simple, grounding ritual to reconnect with creativity, intention, and stillness. You’ll also receive a gentle head massage (with optional oil), designed to melt tension, calm the mind, and leave you feeling deeply nurtured. This evening is for the women who are always “on.” The ones who give, care, organise, and hold so much. This is your time to receive. No pressure. No expectations.
