Space to be nourished, held, immersed in nature, and reconnected with herself. Join Mary & Laurie for a grounding weekend on the wild, magical coast of Ōpoutere, blending breathwork, water, creative nature play, pottery, ceremony, and wholesome food cooked with intention.
