🌿 NATURE & NURTURE WOMEN’S RETREAT — Opōutere 🌿 20–22 February | With Mary Bell @freetobreathe_ & Laurie Baker @breathe_as_nature_intended This retreat is for the woman who craves space to exhale. Space to be nourished, held, immersed in nature, and reconnected with herself. Join Mary & Laurie for a grounding weekend on the wild, magical coast of Ōpoutere, blending breathwork, water, creative nature play, pottery, ceremony, and wholesome food cooked with intention. Expect a soft landing place to come back into your body, slow down your system, and remember what feels true. ✨ WHAT’S INCLUDED • Two float sessions for deep nervous system reset • Breathwork sessions with both Mary & Laurie (restorative + energising styles) • Breath theory + embodied practices • Pottery play session (to take home) • Nature geometry + art with leaves, sticks, sand + natural elements • Fire circles + sharing • Cacao ceremony • swims + sunrise/sunset rituals • All meals cooked by Laurie - whole, nourishing, earthy, alive • Connection time + space to integrate and rest • Goodie bag with slow habits and other treats This weekend is about letting nature hold you while you reconnect to your natural rhythm. 🌿 NATURE & NURTURE WOMEN’S RETREAT — PRICING King Room — $1300 - for two person ($1100 for one) (price is set for share please message if you are wanting a solo room) Queen Room (x2) — $1100 per room - for two person ($9500 for one) (price is set for share please message if you are wanting a solo room) Bunk Beds (x4) — $650 per person All prices include all meals, workshops, floats, breathwork, and activities for the full weekend.
